Tell us about them
Create your Portal account and tell us about your dog’s history, health, vaccinations and care needs. Registration is free and carries no commitment. For security, please register before arranging your first visit.

Come and meet us
Arrange a 20–30 minute weekend tour to see our facilities, meet the team and discuss your dog’s routine. Visits are by appointment. Children under 18 cannot enter operational dog-handling areas. Please discuss arrangements with us before bringing children. Ask us about any individual care or medication arrangements.

Settle in gently
A two-hour weekday assessment, usually 1:30–3:30pm, takes place without owners present; we keep you updated. We look at confidence, manners, handling, toys, food and interaction with other dogs. Introductions happen one at a time, and we stop if a dog becomes distressed.

Agree regular days
Agree at least one regular daycare day each week, then book monthly in advance through the Portal or by phone, text or email. Book early to secure your days. Assessment is a snapshot; we continue monitoring wellbeing and suitability. Daycare is not a rehabilitation service. If concerns arise, we discuss support, behavioural work or reassessment with you.
ASSESSMENTS & ONGOING SUITABILITY
Being friendly on walks does not automatically mean a dog will enjoy daycare. We assess confidence, social manners, responses to boundaries, handling, food, toys and interactions. Dogs are introduced individually, moving on only when they are comfortable. We keep you informed and stop if the experience becomes overwhelming.
Play is continually supervised. An assessment is a snapshot, so we monitor behaviour throughout attendance and discuss changes with you. Behavioural concerns may lead to a written record, reassessment, modified attendance or withdrawal of services under the Client Terms of Service. Serious safety concerns may require immediate separation, collection or suspension.
Dogs must be neutered by 12 months of age unless a veterinary surgeon provides written confirmation that neutering should be delayed for medical reasons. Veterinary exemptions and puppy arrangements require agreement and a suitability review; females in or due into season cannot attend. A dog may need support or reassessment before returning. We choose places for suitability, comfort and safety, rather than filling every space. Please discuss any concerns before booking.
