Your agreed price is protected for your signed term.
Your personal agreement confirms your allocation, benefits, start and end dates. New published prices do not replace an existing signed agreement.

Direct Debit: agreement first
New and renewing VIP memberships use Direct Debit under the agreed schedule. Review and sign your agreement first; we then confirm payment setup. Tell us if you already have a mandate so we can check and reuse it where appropriate. Do not create a second mandate or subscription.

Already a member?
Ask for a copy of your welcome pack. Receiving it does not start a new contract, mandate or payment schedule.

Daycare & boarding essentials

Hours and collection
Standard daycare: 8am–6.30pm. Breakfast Club (7am–8am), After School Club (6.30pm–8.30pm) and later collection to 10.30pm require advance booking and confirmation. VIP early/late care follows your agreement and qualifying allocated days.

Before attending
Keep vaccinations and parasite treatment up to date. Tell us about medication, allergies, behaviour changes or illness. Dogs must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours after vomiting or diarrhoea. Females in season cannot attend. Contact us about veterinary exemptions or other individual needs.

Booking changes
Give at least 48 hours’ notice for daycare changes. Rearrangements and charges follow your applicable terms and membership allocation. Tell us who will collect your dog; authorised collectors need the account password.

Grooming & coat care

One household at a time
Your dog, or dogs from your household, are the only dogs in the salon during your appointment. We offer a free 30-minute consultation and gradual introductions for nervous dogs.

Starting prices include VAT and assume a maintained coat. We agree your individual quote before work and honour active agreed prices.

Keep coats comfortable
Brush and comb between visits. Fluffy coats may benefit from a bath and brush-out between full grooms. Tight matting may require a welfare clip, with informed consent.

Extra care charges
More than eight weeks since the last groom: £10 overdue surcharge, covering the first ten minutes of extra coat work. Further agreed extra time: £1/minute, without double charging. Parasites requiring extra salon decontamination: fixed £25 per affected visit. Existing discount entitlements and consumer rights apply.
