Please note: Your dog will require a 2hr assessment before being accepted into our care. We cannot accept females into daycare or homeboarding if they are due to be, or are in season. We prefer all dogs in our care to be neutered. We make an exception where puppies are concerned, as long as there is an intention to neuter as soon as possible.
There are occasions when it is advised by a veterinary surgeon not to neuter. If this is the case, and there are no detrimental effects on your dog's behaviour as a result, we may still be able to help. However, this is with our formal agreement and on the understanding that should your dog's behaviour change, or the behaviour of the pack changes towards your dog, we may consider withdrawing our services. You may register online and request an assessment or alternatively give us a call.
Please Note:
WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING DOGS OVER 30KG FOR DAYCARE OR BOARDING - however, if you can demonstrate your dog is exceptionally well behaved & trained to a high standard, we may be able to make an exception, subject to assessment. Safety is paramount and our standards are never compromised.
Assessments - Your dog will be required to attend a 2hr rigorous assessment before being accepted into our care. You will be provided with a copy of the assessment.

Doggie Daycare
A true home from home experience, our daycare pupz have exclusive use of our 4 acre centre and specially designed doggy gardens. The whole day is planned around each and every dog we have with us; we cater for all ages and characters and are sympathetic to the different needs of each one. They are given the opportunity to play, sniff, chase, jump and rest; basically to just be a dog for the whole day with cuddles and treats thrown in free of charge!
Each day is structured which helps the dogs to settle and to know what to expect during their stay with us. Routine is a comfort for all of us, and dogs are no exception. Your dog will have fun socialising, learning new things and being part of a pack, which most dogs never have the opportunity to do. It is the most natural thing in the world for them, and often dogs will behave quite differently from the way their owners expect.
We operate much like a nursery, and owners pay for a place at daycare. VIP Passes are available which provides care for your dog for up to 5 days per week. Alternatively, you may pay as you go, with a stipulation that your dog attends a minimum of 1 day per week. This enables dogs in our care to make strong bonds with their doggy friends and ensures a more stable pack. We can get to know the dogs very well which makes our job a little easier in making sure that we are understanding body language and conversations that are taking place. Every dog is subject to a rigorous assessment prior to being accepted into our daycare. Behaviour is monitored constantly and owners informed of anything we feel they should be aware of. School Reports are issued at the end of each term.
We are fully licensed by Tandridge District Council and are subject to an annual inspection
Our daily activities include hide & seek, finding hidden objects, ball games, group games, individual games, basic training, manners and time spent on issues that may be causing their owners problems. All dogs in our care are expected to be well mannered, corrected when necessary, but always with care and understanding. All of our training is reward based.
In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to stop antisocial behaviour quickly to prevent injury to the dogs in our care.
In these instances a water gun may be used. We do not condone the use of any physical correction methods which may cause pain to your dog.
Winter can be especially challenging trying to keep the mud under control, but we will do our very best to ensure you don’t go home to a dirty pup or house; we clean all the 'mucky pupz' in our care when they've gotten into mischief.
We use dermatologically tested shampoo, they’re washed under a warm shower and dried. This is provided as a courtesy service when dogs have got themselves dirty however you may like to take advantage of our Grooming Services!
