A day built around your dog
Our four-acre centre and specially designed doggy gardens give dogs space to play, sniff, socialise and rest. We plan a structured day around each dog’s age, character and needs, with cuddles and treats included.
A regular place and familiar friends
VIP memberships offer up to five regular days each week. Adhoc daycare has a minimum attendance of one day per week and a minimum charge of four sessions per calendar month. Regular attendance helps dogs build friendships and lets us understand their behaviour.
Every dog is assessed before joining. We monitor behaviour, keep owners informed and issue school reports twice a year. We are fully licensed by Tandridge District Council and subject to annual inspection.
Play, learning and rest
Daily activities include hide and seek, finding hidden objects, ball and group games, individual play, basic training and manners. Dogs are supported with care and understanding. All our training is reward based.
In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to stop antisocial behaviour quickly to prevent injury to the dogs in our care. In these instances a water gun may be used. We do not condone physical correction methods which may cause pain to your dog.
Muddy paws welcome
When dogs get muddy, we wash them under a warm shower with dermatologically tested shampoo and dry them before home time. This courtesy clean-up is included; full grooming services are also available.
Before your dog joins us
Please note: Your dog will require a 2hr assessment before being accepted into our care. Females in season are excluded from all services. Tell us before booking if a season is expected, and arrange immediate collection if it starts onsite. Dogs must be neutered by 12 months of age unless a vet confirms a medical reason for delay in writing. Any exception requires our agreement and ongoing behaviour review.
There are occasions when it is advised by a veterinary surgeon not to neuter. If this is the case, and there are no detrimental effects on your dog's behaviour as a result, we may still be able to help. However, this is with our formal agreement and on the understanding that should your dog's behaviour change, or the behaviour of the pack changes towards your dog, we may consider withdrawing our services.
You may register online and request a tour of our facilities; available at weekends only. If we are a good fit for your requirements, we can then move on to the assessment stage.
Daycare & Boarding Prices
Current prices and rates from 1 January 2027 are shown below, including VAT. Adhoc is charged per day; VIP is per month. The allowances and benefits shown apply from January 2027. Daycare is billed monthly in advance, due on the 1st; extras are charged separately. Grooming Plan Direct Debits are normally collected on the 25th. Boarding has its separate deposit and balance dates.

Boarding — per night, plus daycare
Current: £29 per night, or £14 per qualifying VIP night. From 1 January 2027: £35 standard or £15 per qualifying VIP night. Discounts depend on your fixed contracted schedule; rearranging sessions does not create eligibility. Collection by 8am has no collection-day daycare charge; collection after 8am incurs the full applicable daycare rate unless covered by a qualifying VIP allocated day. A fixed 25% non-refundable deposit secures boarding, with the balance due 14 days before arrival. Cancellation within those 14 days leaves the full fee payable, including the deposit already paid, subject to reasonable actual loss and consumer rights.
Christmas & New Year — 2026/27
Supplements are per dog, per night: £24 for nights starting 24–26 December, 31 December and 1 January; £12 for 23 December, 27–30 December and 2–3 January. The supplement is added to the applicable boarding rate and replaces any weekend/bank-holiday supplement for that night. No overnight supplement is charged for collection day. Daycare closes from 23 December and reopens Monday 4 January; festive boarding is by prior arrangement. Your written quotation confirms all charges.
Extended care — from 1 January 2027
Breakfast Club, 7–8am: £12. Early drop-offs must be booked month by month in advance and confirmed, subject to canine staffing, licensed capacity and reasonable usage so all clients have fair access. VIP membership includes confirmed Breakfast Club bookings on qualifying allocated days; it does not automatically reserve early drop-off every day. After School Club, 6.30–8.30pm: £12, included on qualifying VIP days when booked in advance and confirmed, subject to availability. Late collection, 6.30–10.30pm: £24; the 8.30–10.30pm extension costs VIP members an extra £12.
Membership & attendance
VIP memberships run for a minimum of 12 months, with 12 monthly payments and a price guarantee for that term. The session and grooming allowances shown cover the full term. Places are regular allocations, not a bank of credits.
Bronze and Silver sessions cancelled at least 48 hours ahead may be rearranged within the same term and allocation, subject to availability; shorter notice counts as used. Allocated bank-holiday sessions follow the same rules. Gold sessions cannot be rearranged.
Unused sessions do not roll over, transfer or have cash value, subject to statutory consumer rights. Ordinary cancellation or termination does not automatically release payment obligations; charges must reflect reasonable actual loss after costs saved, replacement bookings and payments received.
Cooling-off cancellation
Statutory cooling-off cancellation follows the Consumer Cancellation Notice supplied with each 2027 agreement: after an express request to begin services during that period, only the lawful proportionate charge for services actually supplied is payable. Ordinary notice charges and retrospective VIP discount repricing do not apply to that statutory cancellation.
Extra sessions and notice
Extra sessions are charged at the standard rate. Adhoc has a minimum charge of four sessions per calendar month; the applicable client agreement governs charges and cancellations. Ending or reducing a regular place requires one full calendar month’s written notice, always starting on the 1st of the following month without discretionary exception, because forthcoming sessions must be preplanned. Allocated days remain payable during notice.
For absence over one calendar month, a holding fee of 50% of the usual monthly charge retains the place; otherwise it will be reallocated. VIP fixed-term obligations and consumer rights remain applicable.
January 2027 prices apply to new terms and renewals. Existing members keep their agreed price for their current 12-month term. Your signed membership agreement and client terms contain the full conditions.
